Creating The Line That Unites Us: Court Crandall at TEDx Manhattan Beach

Court Crandall is the founder and creative catalyst of Positivity. Previously, Court was Chief Creative Officer of WDCW, named ” 2013 Small Agency Of The Year” by Adage Magazine and a founding partner of Ground Zero, one the most creatively-decorated ad agencies in LA history. His personal accomplishments include being named “Creative Leader of The Year” by the WSAAA, “Creative All Star” By Adweek Magazine, winning the Grand Clio for Best TV spot of the year, creating the lead news story on Yahoo (and winning the Boston Film Festival Audience) for the documentary, Free Throw, winning “Best Screenplay” at the Phoenix Film Festival for a Lobster Tale, writing the Random House children’s book, Hugville and the original draft of the Dreamworks cult classic, Old School. He is also developing a television show with FOX Television and 20th Century FOX and heading-up all marketing efforts for Oberto Beef Jerky.

More important than what Court has accomplished, is how he approaches each new creative endeavor—a process that always starts with lots of listening and ends with a simple premise that everyone on the team can rally around and utilize to help drive the business.
